Roy is the Founder of Yiu & Associates, Solicitors with a strong desire to provide high-quality and user-friendly legal service to Hong Kong business sectors.

Roy works with different levels of corporates and has extensive experience in advising and handling commercial cases, including fundraisings, corporate structuring, shareholder matters, employment, contracts, and regulatory compliance. He also handles all forms of commercial dispute resolutions in different levels of court, mediation, and arbitration in Hong Kong.

Roy earned his LLB and PCLL from City U and obtained his LLM from HKU.

Jennifer is an associate of Yiu & Associates, Solicitors specializing in commercial practice and corporate advisory.

Jennifer provides legal advice to start-ups and SMEs across an array of sectors, including food and beverages, financial services, beauty and healthcare, education and hospitality. She advises on industry-specific laws and regulations; drafts and negotiates commercial contracts; and prepares privacy policies and terms and conditions for various online and offline platforms.

Jennifer earned her first degree in Social Sciences from HKU and completed the JD and PCLL programmes at CUHK. Jennifer first joined Yiu & Associates in 2017, and in 2021, she worked for a leading virtual bank in Hong Kong for 12 months. Jennifer re-joined us in 2022, bringing her invaluable experience.
